Welcome to my portfolio page, here you will find work I have done throughout my years at Slippery Rock as well as my professional career.
As I start my professional career and explore my interests I was given the opportunity during my fall semester of Senior year at Slippery Rock University to write a case study. The company I chose to explore was CrossFit. I have spent over 2 years now immersed in the community of CrossFit and felt that the community capacity of CrossFit is something that cannot be understood unless one explores this type of competitive fitness.
My goal of the case study was to showcase through Hendrix and Hayes model of "served not sold" that although CrossFit is pricey, they choose not to market it based on selling but of serving the community and opportunity to better themselves through fitness. I believe this is some of my best work as I poured countless hours into this paper as well as analyzing video footage from CrossFit to find the best way to showcase my passion.
